You will be surrounded by some of Lake Tahoe's most beautiful forests and dramatic vistas.
Your backyard opens to the Toiyabe National Forest.  You can hike, mountain bike, XCountry ski, snowmobile, or sled directly from your back yard.

Walk 200 meters to hiking and XCountry ski trails that connect to the Tahoe Rim Trail or drive 45 seconds directly to the Tahoe Rim Trail Kingsbury trailhead.   The nearby Tahoe Rim Trail and National Forest roads encircle the rim of the Lake Tahoe Basin with hundreds of miles of trails, and provide you access to hike, mountain bike, XCountry ski, snowmobile, motocross, drive offroad, sled, and see beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains and valleys.

436 Barrett Drive is 1 mile from Kingsbury Grade, (Hwy 207).  Kingsbury Grade is a gateway to the breathtaking front range of the eastern Sierra Nevada many Lake Tahoe visitors overlook.
